2009 - Divestment
and MBO of several non-core strategic business entities and merger of the
previously autonomous subsidiaries with the Zurich based parent company. Best
result in the company's history despite the financial and economic
crisis. 2012 -
Reorganization and expansion of the advisory team by additional
international experts. Targeted expansion of investment activities in
the segments Corporate Investments, Industrial Projects, Renewable
Energies and Real Estate. 2016 -
Divestment of several portfolio companies. Launch of the group
restructuring process with integration into the new shareholders
structure, initiated since 2013, and transfer of
the headquarters to the world's leading financial
centre, London. 2023 -
Merger of Advisio Holding with its parent capital investment
company. Merger of Advisio Equity Partners and Advisio Management
with Advisio Ventures together with a major investment trust
as fund-backed SICAV
